Product introduction:
Horizontal fluidized bed dryer, also known as the fluidized bed dryer, mainly used for drying loosing powder or granular material. And it is widely worked as dryer in industry. This device is simple in structure, operate conveniently and has high thermal efficiency.It is widely used in chemical, mining, medicine, food, grain processing,feed, industrial and city age treatment industry.
working principle:
Using the principle of fluidization,the solid particles suspended in
a hot gas drying medium in the drying process. And the heat medium fully contact with the solid particles to be dried. Because the material agitates violently, the gas film resistance greatly reduced, therefore,the drying intensity is very high. After heated by air filter and heater, the air is conveyed into the bottom of a small chamber by each branch, and enter into the drying chamber through the porous plate,drying the porous sieve plate materials dry fluidized . After going through the cyclone separator and bag filter,the exhaust finally goes out from the top of drying chamber and discharged by the fan

4) Adapted materials:
Horizontal multi chamber fluidized bed is suitable for the average particle ranging the size of granular, powder, bulk and drying heat sensitive materials from 50 to 5000 microns. It can be widely used in chemical, mining, medicine, food processing, food, feed, industrial and the city age treatment industry.
Application :
Drying process of medicines, chemical raw material, foodstuff, grain processing, feed and so on. For example, raw medicine, tablet, Chinese medicine, foodstuff of health protection, drinks, maize germ, feed, resin, citric acid and other powders. The suitable diameter of raw material is normally 0.1-0.6mm. The most applicable diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The granular solid material is fed to fluidized bed dryer by the feeder. The blower will blows the filtered clean hot air heated into the fluidized bed at the bottom of the distribution plate and fluidization to gas-solid heat and mass exchange to heat the solid material. The dried material is discharged from the discharge outlet. The exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed and the solid power will be collected by the cyclone separator or cloth bag duster.
Installation Instructions
- All equipment should be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, the components of a good seal.
- Fan can be placed in the outdoor or indoor self-silencer. Layout can be adjusted as appropriate depending on the circumstances.
