Horizontal-type ribbon mixer applied to pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemical, biological, breeding industry, ceramic, refractory materials, plastic rubber, compound fertilizer, such as solid - solid (powder and powder) solid - plasma (i.e., powder and rubber slurry) mix, specifically adapted to viscous material mix.

Horizontal-type ribbon mixer by the installation on the stirring shaft of eight big diameter screw barrel body material , promote to maximize blender inside the barrel range flip material.

Agitator structure, inside and outside of the eight screw designed around each spiral, agitator work inside screw drive near the axis of the material do the axis of rotation, axial on both sides to promote from within, outside screw drive near the barrel wall material do the axis of rotation, the axial by both sides to promote.So cause convection loop materials in the barrel body, shear mixing, complete rapid mixing material in a relatively short time.

 

 

◆ This machine is composed of container, screw stirring paddles and transitional parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers, the outer screw converge is the material to the center from two sides, and the inner layer of screw conveys the material to the two sides from the center, so as to from convection mixing.
