Model SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier has double cone ratating tank.Under the state of vacuum inside the tank,pass steam or hot water into to jacket for heating. The energy can contact with the damp raw material through the inner wall. The vaporized steam can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe when the damp raw material absorbed heat.Because the inner of tank is in the state of vacuum and the raw material is turned over all the time caused by the rotating of tank,the dry speed of raw material is quickened and drying efficiency is raised too and the purpose of uniform dry can be raised.

Cosmetic powder double cone vacuum dryer, the machine can mix and dry the powder, crystal material and granule material in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, metallurgy industry, construction, etc. It can also be used for the concentration of the liquor, disinfection and germicide of the material. The moisture of the material can be dried to be lower than 0.5%.Themachine can save energy sources with low labor and high efficiency, and it only needs 2-4 hours to dry the material (<40% humidity content).

Put the material in the vacuum and heat the material indirectly by the fixture coat.When dried, it rotates slowly, and refreshes the heating surface continuously to enhance the dry speed. The vacuum pump can absorb the moisture continuously and the steam impregnate can be reclaimed by the cooler.
