Product Description
Double Conical Revolving Vacuum Dryer is suitable for vacuum mixing and drying of powder and granule raw materials of pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry,foodstuff industry etc, it is suitable for raw materials that have the following requirements:
1. the heat sensitive raw materials
2. raw materials that easy to oxidize and dangerous
3. raw materials that the solvent and toxic gases are needed to recover
4. raw materials that have special requirement for crystal shape
5. raw materials that have special requirement for the content of residual volatile.
Description
Double Taper Vacuum Drier is a new generation drying device deceloped by our factory on the basis of combining the technology of same products.It has two coonnecting ways,i.e. pulley or chain.Therefore it is stafts reailze good concentricity.Heat medium and vacuum system all adapt reliable machinery seal or rotating joint made from USA.On the basis,we also developed SZG-A.It can carry out stepless speed change and conastant temperature control.
Applications
Double conical revolving vacuum dryer is suitable for the raw materials that need to concentrate,mix and dry at low temperature(for example,biochemistry products in chemical,pharmceutical and foodstuff industries. Particularly it is suitable for the raw materials that are easy to oxidize,volatilize and have strong heat sensitive and toxity and not permitted to destroy its crystal in drying.

Feature :
When oil is used to heat, use automatic constant temperature to control. It can be used for drying biology products and mine.
Its temperature of operation can be adjusted form 20 -160℃. Compared to ordinal dryer, its heat efficiency will be 2 times higher. The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted.
It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.
The electronic systems and their safety should comply with the requirements set forth in 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP Annex 11;
The data should be collected at appropriate time intervals and stored in the system in a fixed format that can be printed out/read;
(solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. The three processes are carried out unceasingly and the purpose of drying can be
realized within a short time.
